  Intermittent reboots on my frame but my mother's frame is pretty much useless. After a reboot it connects to wifi but only for a couple of minutes, until the next reboot. And yes it has an excellent WiFi signal, it's with 5 ft of the router. The frame needs to allow static IP addresses.

  Can't back up the pictures unless you pay for a subscription...very limited service and functionality. This is not competitive to others.

  I was under the impression that the app user would control which photos were displayed on the frames, which would be very useful for buying frames for relatives with lower interest in managing photos and/or less tech-oriented. As it stands, however, it seems that the frame owner is responsible for managing the photos - making the entire setup pretty useless imo. Not to mention the poorly designed UI and strange limitations (why can you only send 10 images at once?).

  This is a great frame that I just love. I really dislike the app though. You can't edit the photo to fit to the frame from the app. You have to manually go to the frame and try to fix the photos. All of this should be available on the app. You should be able to completely edit photos on the app. Love the idea but dislike the app's capabilities

  Super tool to share moments with the elderly who are far and not tech savvy. But for same reason, it would be great to be able to delete photos on a connected frame via the app. Then I could manage entirely their content which they are unable to do on the physical device. Thank you

  The framed photo is such a great gift and the Frameo App is so easy to use. I'm 72 and if I can do it anyone can. My husband can watch the photos all day (except when football is on, then he glances at it from across the room between plays. Any family or friends with the app can upload photos to your frame as well, once they add your frame code to their app.
