  Updating my review almost a year later. Giving them one more star because you can now access the delete account option without having to jump through hurdles. However, you still can't unblock users through the app. Also, you can't create albums on mobile either, which is frustrating. Not everybody has access to a working computer (exp. me & my windows 7 that can only boot up in safe mode, lol.), which is why i don't understand why they restrict so much you can do on mobile. Very inconvenient

  10yrs ago this was my go-to platform for music. There is so much music on here that you can't find anywhere else because it is where people come to experiment. But the amount of ads is just insane now. LITERALLY every song has 1 to 2 ads between the next. I shouldn't have to be shaken down for a subscription like this. Subscription fatigue has reached its peak with me. If you're going to shove ads down my throat then you're going to lose my business. Find another way to generate revenue!!!

  I love this platform. Hope it keeps growing. More options for payed plans, for the most part affordable and allows you to upload you personal mp3 files aside from your playlists and liked tracks. Wish so many tracks weren't behind a paywall, but after revisiting my old streaming service app... Soundcloud, you're great as you are.

  Used to be a good app that would reliably play music, now I believe it's a scam. I'm running a galaxy s23 ultra with a verizon 5g network and it's purposely skipping songs to try and sell SoundCloud Go. Like no joke you'd have a better time playing music on your web browser than in this app. Not to mention the ads after every 1 to 2 songs. Just use youtube or apple music

  No matter what I do, the app will start playing when it connects to the Bluetooth in my car. No way to stop it without just turning off Bluetooth for the whole phone. Like sorry I don't want to listen to music EVERYTIME I get in my car or right away. I looked online and there is no way in app to stop it. Uninstalling and just going to use the web browser when I want to listen to music.

  Will be 5 if they fix some stuff from the last updates, it is a great site + app. 1) Rarely the in-app controls will disappear and I have to close sc to get out of the screen showing the current song, only after the new update. 2) I also hate the pop-ups telling me about new projects for artists I do not even follow just because they are popular, I pay for go+ I don't want ads! 3) And the blue app logo sucks, totally messed up my familiarity with clicking on sc, please make it orange again asap.
