  This app has been horrible for a very long time now. It takes an unbelievably long time to actually register where I want to go inside the app & God help me if it's the messages, it can take around five minutes just to go from this app's default page to loading up to date messages & even longer if I try to access a screenshot to save it to my phone. The speed of this app sucks. It needs to be improved big time.

  I successfully setup passkeys in my browser that the PS app redirects you to and then I tried to sign into the app and I get the error message: "Your web browser, app, or device doesn't support passkeys. To sign in with your passkey, scan the QR code with the device you use to sign in with passkeys. After sign in is complete, you'll be moved automatically to the next screen." Going to go back to passwords and 2FA.

  App is super slow and laggy. Joining parties on cell data makes the data just shut off and never connect. Photos and videos take forever to load and nearly every single photo and video has a lagging "spoiler" tag covering it. This app sucks and I know it'll never change because change is not something Playstation wants to deal with. I regret making so many friends on this platform and wish they all had xboxes or PC's to avoid the stagnation of innovation Playstation constantly shows.

  Slow, laggy, sometimes unresponsive, and frustrating to use for texting. It's like my phone is using DSL! Voice chat isn't that great, either. But it's what I have to use when someone is on a console sending me screenshots and messages when I'm busy doing other things.

  If you like your credit card charges without notification or permission & hearinh they can't reimburse cause you didn't ask in their 14 day timeframe. If you want to hear things like "my hands are tied our policy says" when they really mean "ha ha we got your money & I could give it back but I don't want to" when pointing out that you tried but they don't answer & it's difficult to when they didn't inform you of the charge & found out by seeing your credit card bill then PlayStation is for you!

  Was having issues with the store not loading. Went out of the screen, and suddenly the entire app is non-functional. Attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app, and still doesn't work. Great timing since there is a big sale and there are games saved in my wishlist that I can no longer see...
