  Not much use if you don't live in UK it seems. On set up page I was asked to select town / city. It only listed UK cities. I tried using the search facility but it didn't recognise the name of the (famous) town in France. I turned on location setting and it said gps unavailable. If I can't have local news, what is the point of this app? Its a joke. Uninstalled.

  You are given a headline and the first paragraph or so of articles and ads. The only point I can see is ad revenue for Opera. Hard pass.

  Functions like Comment, Like & Dislike not working. There is no way to stop or delete comments of foul-mouthed readers. Reinstalled the app but "log in" is not working.
