  They will keep spoiled or unsealed food. Had faced issue 4+ times. If someone took exact also, they dont have tracking or camera. They will deduct from our wallet without information because they dont have anything and also delink your account ( for your safety). If you raise for spoil or unsealed item. They wont refund or exchange. Starting it will be good. Slowly they will show their colour. They not even allow to share the video or image. Customer support dont have knowledge

  It only provides snacks. No vegetables and other stuffs. Why do I need to install another app just to order snacks and minimal items when I can get everything in the same time limit in swiggy and zepto. Terrible step for a business.

  I can see that the item is there but it says sold out on the app. I picked another item to buy, and guess what even thiugh the item i want to buy costs 15 rs, it tells me that I need to have a minimum balance of 100 when i have a balance of 66? So now i cant clear out my wallet balance of 60 unless i add more money. I'll add 100 buy for 100 in a single purchase and uninstall this stupid app.

  Very good service . thanks to bb give us very good servicing. There have a different types of dry product like chips , biscuit and drink water, coconut water and so on. The product quality is very good. The freezing system is more or less ok . And another thing I always like automatic door system and sencer work properly. Everything is neat and clean there have no dust particles so i am happy . Another thing I always recommend to bb after finishing the product as soon as possible please fill it.

  May'24: Still NO Option to make payment via UPI, these guys are stubborn! Even parent company BigBasket uses UPI. Their only plan is to earn interest from money that does not belong to them. Say 1,00,000 customers block ₹300 each. That is ₹3 crore sitting in some account generating interest. Ingenious revenue earning plan. Now increase customer count in powers of ten. I understand why they are not interested in moving to UPI. Correction: not stubborn, but, greedy.
